Heard a lot of feedback with requests on more shop photos. While we cannot exactly show you our manufacturer's trade secrets, we can show you the last phases of our production. Our resin material is exclusive in that it is heat and moisture resistant. Your vent covers will not rust like traditional vent grilles, they will not splinter either! So how do we test our vent covers exactly? Our resin grilles are so strong and durable, we put them in heat ovens with central-heating like temperatures to test them. We also do thorough cold testing by putting grilles in ice baths for extended periods of time.We also run humidity tests, when grilles are put in a small room filled with humidifiers. We want to make sure that your grilles stay in their original condition regardless of duct condensation or sweating ductwork, which is unfortunate but it does happen (make sure you have adequate insulation on your ductwork).
